Meditation Technique

I discovered that using pain or discomfort as a catalyst while attempting to meditate by isolating and ignoring (disbelieving) the source of irritation felt by my body (a example would be a itch you want to scratch) resulted in what I believe to be a enhance sense of conscious.


During a successful attempt I found that my hand felt to be vibrating and my brain as if it were excreting dopamine meanwhile what I think to be my mind eye see what appear to me as a blurry but flickering black and white image. I have only been able to keep the state for a short while but found that I could quickly return to the same state multiple time using the technique above during my first session.
