Create a medium seal over a psi ball and throw it in the air, keep on adding energy to it or program it to take it energy and the seal will start to break, once it breaks it will either do absulotely nothing,release energy in a big blast or release the energy without anyone seeing it.
Again this is just a small theory i have,If anyone has tried this before please tekk me the results
