Here I will put on some techs I use for ElectroKinesis.

ElectroKinesis Meditation

  1. Start out by laying down or sitting up whatever your more comfortable in.
  2. Then close your eyes and get into a trance.
  3. Visualize you brain being a source or electricity.
  4. Then Visualize it going down to your heart.
  5. Visualize your heart pumping it out through your body.

You should feel tingling in your fingers/toes or arm/legs. You might have to practice a few times before you get good at it.
